Feed acceptance criteria narrowed

Today we added three more criteria for acceptance of feeds submitted to feeds4all.nl:

• the feed must contain at least five items.
• the feed does not contain redundant or almost identical items
• the feed does not contain content that is aggregated from content in other feeds

By taking these measures we hope to improve the quality even more.
